CragFell reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing for our Pants, Tops, and Shorts are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of purchase. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you via email and offer the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it with a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CragFell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from CragFell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pants, Tops, or Shorts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
  • Sale or clearance items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
