This email is sent automatically after your package is handed over to the carrier. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line: "Your CragFell Order Has Shipped".

Your tracking number is a unique alphanumeric code (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784 or CRAG123456789). Keep this number handy—it is your key to monitoring your shipment.

Step 2: Choose a Tracking Method

You can track your order in two ways:

  • Direct Carrier Tracking: Visit the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and enter your tracking number in their tracking tool.
  • Third-Party Tracking Service: For a more unified experience, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking platform that consolidates updates from multiple carriers.

Step 3: Use a Trusted Third-Party Tracking Tool

To make tracking easier, we suggest using 17TRACK, a free and widely-used service that supports over 700 carriers worldwide. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Go to www.17track.net .
  2. In the search bar on the homepage, enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping email.
  3. Click the "Track" button (or press Enter).
  4. You will see a detailed timeline of your package’s journey, including the current location, estimated delivery date, and any status updates (e.g., "In Transit," "Out for Delivery," "Delivered").

17TRACK also offers a mobile app for iOS and Android, allowing you to receive push notifications when your package status changes.

Step 4: What to Expect During Transit

Your CragFell order (whether it’s pants, tops, or shorts) will typically go through the following stages:

  • Order Confirmed: Your payment has been received, and we are preparing your items.
  • Shipped: Your package has left our facility and is with the carrier.
  • In Transit: The package is moving through the carrier’s network. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is with a local courier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the address you provided.
